Marscapone Polenta

1 cup milk

1 cup water

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup cornmeal

1 tablespoon butter

1 ounce parmesan

1/4 cup marscapone

2 teaspoons salt

 

Preparation:


Over medium-high heat, heat milk, water and heavy cream. Whisk in cornmeal. Reduce heat and add butter and parmesan. Continue to stir until the cornmeal has absorbed all the liquid. Season to taste.
