Coffee Cake
is a rather large recipe, you are welcome to cut it in half for your home use, or just make a big one and put pieces in the freezer!
3/4 # butter
3 cups white sugar
6 eggs
6 cups all purpose flour
1 ½ tsp kosher salt
1 ½ Tbls baking powder
1 Tbls baking soda
1 ½ cups sour cream
1 ½ cups vanilla yoghurt
2 Tbls vanilla extract

Cream the butter and sugar together until quite smooth.

Mix all dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder – set aside

Beat the eggs into the creamed butter, one a time.
Add sour cream and yoghurt.
Add vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients, but do not mix too much.
Spray a 10 x 15 pan and pour the batter in.
Bake at 350 degree until set in the middle.
Now, you can add any of the flavorings you like – you mentioned you like the strawberry white chocolate chip (what’s not to love about that??!!!) Just be sure if you add a juicy fruit (that you drain it as well as possible so that it won’t bake up soggy.
