Description

This pesto was used in our Fall/Winter 2012 North Beach - San Francisco menu.

Ingredients

1⁄2 lb
hazelnuts
1⁄4 c
Fresh Chopped Garlic
1 T
kosher salt
1 T
Pepper
6 oz
Grated Parmesan
1 lb
arugula
1 q
olive oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a blender or food processor until well blended. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil until all ingredients are incorporated.
