This is our famous coffee cake available at the 5 Spot, Endolyne Joe's & Hi-Life 7 days a week. Feel free to add your own delicious fruits, nuts and other flavorings.


1 c
butter (softened)
1 1⁄2 c
granulated sugar
large eggs
3⁄4 c
sour cream
3⁄4 c
vanilla yogurt
1 T
vanilla extract
3 c
all purpose flour
3⁄4 t
baking powder
3⁄4 t
kosher salt



Preheat oven to 350o. In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar together until smooth. One at a time add eggs to creamed butter mixture. Add yogurt and sour cream. Stir in vanilla. Set aside.

In a medium sized bowl, sift flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture but do not overmix.  Spray a 10x15" pan with nonstick cooking spray.  Pour the batter into pan and bake until set in the middle, about 35 minutes.
