Description

This recipe is fairly straightforward and keeps for quite a while in the refrigerator.  Enjoy!

 

Ingredients

1 T
Chipotles in Adobo Sauce
1 c
Ketchup
1⁄2 c
tomato paste
1⁄4 c
Apple cider vinegar
1⁄4 c
Bourbon
1 c
water
1 t
kosher salt
1 t
Ground Ancho Chile
1 t
cayenne pepper
1 t
granulated onion
2 t
granulated garlic
2 t
Colman's Dry Mustard

Instructions

Fine chop the chipotle peppers.  Combine all ingredients over medium heat.  Bring up to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the mixture has reduced slightly.  Cool and store.
