Summer Time at the Hi-Life!

Summer has finally arrived in Seattle! Warm days, sunshine, blue skies, days on the water....we could keep going but you get the point. It's also time for our Summer Menu to debut! The infamous delicious Heirloom Tomatoes are back and featured in our new appetizer- Burrata Caprese. Our Sockeye Salmon has summer written all over it - seared with grapefruit-chile glaze, roasted chubby carrots & fingerling potatoes, cucumber & heirloom tomato salsa, shishito peppers. For breakfast, we have a Summer Stuffed French Toast- blueberries & lemon cream stuffed with lemon-agave syrup. Summer is here and it feels so good!
