Hi-Life NEW Winter menu!

New Year. New resolutions.  New winter season. New winter menu. See what we did there? However, there are a couple things that stayed the same: the Seahawks are in the playoffs again and the consistent deliciousness that comes out of the Hi-Life’s kitchen. Our new winter menu offers fresh local ingredients with a winter twist. A couple of the staff's favorites include: Brussels Sprouts- warm salad with hard seared sprouts, pancetta, red wine poached pear, shaved Pecorino and Cauliflower ‘Steaks’ (Vegetarian dish)-Seared parmesan crusted thick sliced cauliflower, sautéed sun chokes & Brussels sprouts over leek chimichurri. Served with a tiny lemon dressed watercress salad.
