Summer Time at the Hi-Life!

Summer has finally arrived in Seattle! Warm days, sunshine, blue skies, days on the water....we could keep going but you get the point. It's also time for our Summer Menu to debut! The infamous delicious Heirloom Tomatoes are back and featured in our new appetizer- Burrata Caprese. Our Pan-Seared Salmon has summer written all over it with a summer hash of charred corn, pickled Fresnos, red onion & potatoes--served with blistered green beans & kinda spicy serrano/parsely sauce. Oh yea, and in honor of the 4th of July we are getting patriotic with our Varied Berry French Toast! Summer is here and it feels so good!
